| 仕事内容 |
- To be the interface between the LOC (Local Operating Country) stakeholders or Hubs (collection of countries) and the Global Procurement community to ensure continuity of business - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for an assigned procurement category. - Collaborate with the appropriate Regional Category Manager depending on the business requirements. - Support the business to understand the Haleon Procurement policies and ensure that users are trained / supported accordingly - To ensure input to and alignment with Hub and global sourcing strategies, representing the needs of local stakeholders and local markets dynamics, in partnership with regional category team and the Global category teams. - To identify and deliver business benefits aligned to assurance of supply, quality, service, cost and innovation and delivering stakeholders and business partner requirements through execution of category strategies - To drive operational efficiencies by ensuring Contract & Preferred Supplier list compliance as well as managing the Tail spend - To deliver effective budgets (Plans of Purchase) agreed with key stakeholders and Finance in alignment with the global budgets together and regional category team |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - Minimum 10 years of indirect procurement field experience is mandatory- Experience in Supply Chain category management is preferable, however experience in Marketing & Sales or Media would also be beneficial. - Strong influencing and inter-personal skills to create constructive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in English language |
