【必須（MUST）】 Requirements6＋ years of experience in Product Management and 3＋ years of experience in a leadership role Strong understanding of product and business strategy Proven ability to drive innovation and deliver high－quality products in a fast－paced environment Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities Ability to foresee challenges and provide effective solutions to solve problems in a systematic way Native level Japanese and Fluent English 【歓迎（WANT）】 Nice to Have Experience in the 0－to－1 phase of product development at a product－based tech startup. Led a product team in the development of new products from scratch. Experience in a high－growth startup environment. Experience in SaaS or B2B software development. Strong personal branding and presence in the tech industry. Experience in the compound development of multiple products. Deep knowledge of UI/UX. |
