仕事内容 The Digital Senior Manager will lead the Digital function for Japan, working closely with cross-functional teams in Japan, regional digital teams, regional marketing teams, and other country digital/marketing teams in the APAC region.
The Digital Senior Manager will report to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for strengthening the commercial and customer relationship online by driving engagement to nurture new/existing customers across key digital touchpoints.

◇ Digital Strategy & Planning: Assess current digital capabilities and create a roadmap for B2B and B2C audiences, aligning digital strategies with business goals.

◇Platform Development: Build digital platforms to engage, convert, and reach target audiences.

◇Innovative Digital Initiatives: Recommend and implement digital initiatives that create customer value.

◇Frameworks for Digital Transformation: Develop frameworks and methodologies to accelerate digital transformation.

◇Performance/Digital Marketing Execution: Build integrated brand experiences across digital touchpoints and improve website visibility through UX, SEO/SEM, and content optimization.

◇Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies for social media marketing across various channels and create engaging content for B2B/B2C.

◇Analytics & Insights: Analyze performance results and identify opportunities for improvement, while working with internal teams to optimize digital campaigns.

◇Drive Digital Competency: Lead digital education initiatives, training teams to enhance their digital skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

◇Digital Agency Management: Create and maintain relationships with digital agencies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

◇7+ years in Digital Marketing

◇Proven success in modern marketing and execution ideally including retail marketing, BTL demand generation, eCommerce, social and digital tactics

◇Adept at building integrated marketing plans, budget management and campaigns development/execution across multiple marketing disciplines

◇Direct experience interfacing with retail partners and a proven track record delivering growth/performance metrics.

◇Expertise landing and coordinating cross-discipline marketing programs and sales programs.

◇Track record of marketing execution excellence and ROI through planning, operations-savvy, creative execution, readiness, and analytics/insights

◇Thorough knowledge of and understanding of social space across variety of social media platforms and focus in delivering compelling customer experience through relevant channels
