(English follows Japanese) 【チームのミッション/責任】 Software Defined Vehicleに相応しいE&Eアーキテクチャの企画・開発。大量のセンシングデバイスからの入力・クラウドへの接続を前提とした大規模なソフトウェアを統合的に稼働させ、また車両販売後もOTAによるソフトウェアメンテナンス・アップデートを行って継続的に価値を高めていくための、ハードウェアからサービスまで調和の取れた開発・設計。 【 職務内容】 ・AI技術を応用する自社開発SWの設計・実装 ・協力会社含めたプロジェクトマネジメント ・関係部署との仕様整合 ・協力会社との共同開発 【開発ツール】 ・構成管理ツール：Git（Gerrit）/SVN ・開発言語：Java、C/C++、JavaScript、Python、Perl ・インフラ：Amazon Web Service、Azure、On-Premises ・開発手法：Waterfall、Agile（Scrum, Kanban） ・コミュニケーションツール：Teams (or Slack） ・プロジェクト管理ツール：JIRA、Confluence 等 ・データ分析ツール：Qlik 等 ### Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Designing and Developing E&E Architecture for Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs) Envisioning and implementing a harmonized hardware-to-service development and design approach for SDVs, encompassing large-scale software integration that handles input from numerous sensing devices and cloud connectivity. This approach will ensure continuous value enhancement through OTA software maintenance and updates even after vehicle sales. ### Job description Key Responsibilities: ・Design and implement AI-powered proprietary software. ・Manage projects involving both internal and external teams. ・Ensure alignment of specifications with relevant departments. ・Collaborate with external partners on joint development efforts. Tools and Methodologies: Configuration management tools: Git (Gerrit) and SVN Development Languages: Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Python, and Perl Infrastructure Platforms: Amazon Web Service, Azure, and On-Premises Development Methodologies: Adaptability to both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Communication and Project Management Tools: Teams (or Slack), JIRA and Confluence Data Analysis tool: Qlik ### Requirements > Required skills / experience ・Experience in the mobility industry is not required. ・Experience in requirements management. ・Ability to communicate effectively in English. ・Software Domain Requirements: - Experience in software development for POSIX-compliant operating systems. - Experience in large-scale software development. ・Hardware Domain Requirements: - Over 3 years of experience in developing and mass-producing devices on the order of tens of thousands of units using SoCs (including power circuits, motor driver circuits, gyro sensors, camera modules, various sensing devices, microphones, and wireless communication circuits). > Preferred skills / experience ・Experience in participating in global setup projects. > Language Skills Required: TOEIC 800 or higher (or those who currently have a TOEIC score of 600 or higher but can challenge for a TOEIC score of 800 or higher after joining the company) Desirable: TOEIC 800 or higher ### Experience and skills gained through this role ・Contribute to development projects involving global engineers. ・Collaborate on joint development efforts with engineers from diverse backgrounds (SoC vendors, game companies, etc.). |
