About the Position You will be part of the Energy ＆ Industry Business Division, responsible for Business Development for companies such as data centers, logistics, and semiconductor companies. While the role may seem sales－oriented, an engineering background is essential. English proficiency is nice to have due to the need for coordination with overseas teams. We will flexibly determine the team that best leverages your experience and strengths during the selection process. Job Description ＆ Team The team consists of 13 members, including the manager. CPM （Internal management project management） Communication with members of the overseas data center business Communication with members outside the reporting line is essential Ability to handle large projects （Hokkaido, Kumamoto） BD （Sales responsible for large customers, key account management） Customer support after project confirmation （Tokyo Metropolitan Area, Kansai Region, travel－based） Development of data center and electronics－related projects and customer development Proposal of solutions and specification formulation for main products Provision of design and engineering services utilizing digital tools such as BIM Communication with members of the overseas data center business Management of large projects |

BD Position Responsible for three companies per person Customers: Foreign－owned data centers, developer data centers Responsible for hyper－scale size projects, with business trips twice a week |

【必須（MUST）】 Desired BackgroundCPM: Experience in EPC and design （in Japanese global companies or the automotive industry） English proficiency sufficient for speaking without issues Interest in both engineering and business development Sales experience and business development experience are a plus Document screening ⇒ 1st interview （recruitment manager） ⇒ 2nd interview （human resources, may be conducted in English） ⇒ 3rd interview （head office manager） |
