Nomura Global Market IT supports the in-house development of applications primarily used by Global Markets and Middle Office divisions. The Prime Services IT team, within the GMIT section, is responsible for the development of applications related to the prime services business offered by Nomura Securities to institutional investors. The development team operates in a global structure, with teams in NY, Mumbai, London, and Hong Kong, working alongside over 120 developers from various Nomura Group locations to develop platforms used globally. It is a workplace that recognizes and appreciates diverse values, including those of business users and team members of various nationalities. ●Responsibilities： ユーザ部門の業務課題に対するソリューションの企画・立案と実現に向けたプロジェクト推進 各拠点の開発メンバーおよび国内の開発者で構成される開発チームのマネジメント 株券貸借システム（フロントおよびミドル）の機能設計、実装、リリースおよび保守 日本国内における各種ベンダーとの契約調整やソフトウェアの発注および納品のマネジメント 障害発生時のL3サポートおよびユーザからの機能問い合わせのサポート Planning and proposing solutions for business challenges in user departments and driving projects to realization. Managing development teams comprised of members from various locations and domestic developers. Designing, implementing, releasing, and maintaining functionality for the stock lending system (front and middle system). Managing contract and deliveries with information vendors and software vendor companies in Japan. Providing L3 support during incidents and supporting user inquiries regarding system functionality. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・7年以上のIT業界の経験 (金融業界であれば尚可)・5年以上のIT PM/BAの経験 ・2年以上のアプリケーション開発経験 (Java, C#, Python, SQLなど） ・優れたコミュニケーション能力 ・日本語（流暢なレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル） ・主体的なマインドセット ・Over 7+ years of experience in the IT industry (Financial Industry Preferred) ・5+ years of IT project management + BA role ・Over 2+ years of application development experience (Java, C#, Python, SQL） ・Strong spoken and written communication skills ・Business Level English ・Fluent Level Japanese ・Pro-active mind-set |
