| 仕事内容 |
▪ Connecting costing function with finance team and local operation ▪ Responsible for costing activities of materials and products manufactured in APAC plants and affiliate DCs ▪ Coordinate with global costing team, SG finance team and local operation for annual budget preparation of APAC plants ▪ Lead yearly update of next fiscal cost for APAC plants and affiliate DCs ▪ Prepare variance reports and various cost analysis ▪ Entering and maintaining the freight, duty and manufacturing fiscal rates for APAC region Independence of action and accountability （30％） ▪ Prepare and complete cost run for new launches by referencing to contracts and BOM with minimal supervision ▪ Ensure accuracy for standard cost and sales prices for all raw materials, components and finished goods ▪ Prepare cost change memo on manufactured / TPM codes independently for Regional manager to approve ▪ Respond to global recosting requests in timely manner ▪ Support affiliate recosting requests and weekly run ▪ Updates SAP settings as required Budget responsibility （40％） ▪ Prepare and complete annual recosting process as required and follow timelines and requirements set by US team ▪ Follow instructions carefully and perform all updates for plant and DC rates as according to percentage provided with accuracy ▪ Prepare demand runs, cost runs and global reports following given instructions Analysis ＆ problem solving （30％） ▪ Provide monthly updates on TPM plants cost and sales prices to SG finance team ▪ Prepare monthly variance analysis and reports to local operation ▪ Verify savings claims by GSR and provide analysis to global team ▪ Ad hoc requests on cost related matters |

■勤務時間 9時～17時半 ■年収 900万円 ～ 1200万円（人物・キャリア・前職年収等により個別提示） ※当方で個別交渉します ■休日休暇 完全週休2日制 年間休日124日 ■勤務地 ・東京本社（丸の内）と在宅勤務のハイブリッド型 ※茨城県西部エリアの工場（つくばから約30分、宇都宮～約1時間）にも必要に応じて行っていただきます |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ▪ University degree or equivalent （accounting/economy or mathematics will be a plus）▪ 10 years of financial analytical skill and experience ▪ Language skills: Excellent spoken/written English. Japanese preferred ▪ Advanced excel skills ▪ Strong Analytical Skills ▪ Detail oriented ▪ SAP preferred or any ERP ▪ Standard costing principles ▪ Excellent communication skills ▪ Familiar with COGS setting process under a manufacturing environment or a fast learner ▪ Strong mindset to handle complexity and variations ▪ Proactive/independent/demonstrate ownership ▪ Reliable/accountable for data and assigned responsibilities ▪ Meeting deadlines |
