職務内容／Job duties 【職務内容】 （雇入れ直後 / Immediately after hiring） The IAM specialist is responsible for ensuring that the organizations employees use their IT systems and access data in a safe and appropriate way. This is achieved by managing user identity lifecycle and access to enterprise applications and data. Working as part of a team performing 3rd line support activities on a number of core identity and security platforms, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met for both incidents and service requests; and supporting strategic projects where identify and access management have a key part to play. Operation Delivery & Gatekeeping · Ensure that core IT Security KPI's are met, keeping services up to date/supported while meeting our compliance requirements and delivering to customer expectations. · Understand what's coming, what's changing, work with design and project teams to test and deliver new IAM and Security services and capabilities, ensuring that they are supportable and will deliver value for the group. Service Improvement · Act as a final escalation point, own external relationships, trend analysis, establish and drive service improvement plans. · Drive the integration of various systems into a future-proof IAM service landscape including continuous optimization of IAM processes services as well as including authentication and authorization services management. · Administrate credentials and monitor distribution of sensitive data. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Education· Bachelor’s degree in (business) informatics, Computer Science, technical academic education, or other related field (or equivalent and related experience). Experience · Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in managing identities & access for enterprise/ workforce and customers · Experience with Entra ID and Azure native security features such as Conditional Access, Identity Protection etc. · Experience with native IAM controls from cloud providers such as Azure, AWS and GCP Skills · Fluent in Japanese (equivalent to N1 level) · Business level English 【歓迎（WANT）】 Nice to Have· Consumer IAM desirable. · Experience with implementing and supporting mid-to-large scale complex IAM solutions including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions · Deep understanding of information security topics. · Knowledge about ISO 27001/27002, NIST. · Demonstrable experience in abstract thinking and creating holistic & strategic approaches. · Strong experience and detailed technical knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, and application security. · Experience interacting with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures. · Experience with cloud-based IAM technologies. 【選考フロー/Interview process】 ※適性検査の有無、面接回数は求人（職種）により異なりますので、予めご了承ください ※本ポジションは選考にあたり英文レジュメのご提出が必須となります。日本語の履歴書・職務経歴書と併せて、ご提出をお願いいたします。 書類選考→→面接：３ー４回（ポジションに応じて増える可能性があります） ※面接は基本webでの実施です |
