【業務内容詳細】
－ Lead planning activities for Japan, ensuring optimal inventory levels and procurement efficiency.
－ Work closely with relevant teams to establish and monitor operations plans.
－ Review, forecast, and analyze requirements, ensuring data accuracy in SAP and reporting tools.
－ Source materials that meet specifications while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
－ Approve order details and oversee deliveries to ensure seamless procurement execution.
－ Ensure effective inventory management and reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
－ Support and optimize inventory.
－ Continuously assess and improve inventory levels to balance demand and supply, minimizing excess stock.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ Expertise in demand planning with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
－ Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
－ Strong English communication skills （both verbal and written）.
－ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
－ Highly responsible with a strong passion for logistics and supply chain management.
－ Proactive, hardworking, and quick learner with a problem－solving mindset.
－ Efficient, accurate, and well－organized, able to work with both passion and patience.
－ Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
