| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 5＋ years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or a relevant field.－ Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification preferred. － Business－level proficiency in Japanese. － Business－level proficiency in English. － Strong proficiency with CRM, ERP, and MS Office tools. － Proven track record of meeting quality and production metric targets. － Customer－first attitude focused on building and maintaining relationships. － Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem－solving skills, especially when managing orders, quotes, credits, and other processing items. － Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment. － Comfortable working in a fast－paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. － Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems. |
