◆ Position Summary Driving a Customer Obsessed mind-set is crucial to our continued success and the DC Operations team links together all elements of our operations to provide a best-in-class experience for our customer-base. Excellent service to customers is at the heart of our competitive advantage and as a member of the DC Operations team, your focus is to develop strong rapport and ensure each of our customers are successful with MC Digital Realty, so we can continue to retain them and expand with them. This position works directly with Sr. Leaders of fortune 500 companies across multiple industries and, if selected, you’ll be exposed to all areas of MC Digital Realty with multiple career path options available to you. ◆ Essential duties and responsibilities ・Execute life-cycle events throughout customer’s time with the company, including Closed Loop Management, Onboarding, Training, Implementation, Service Reviews, KPI/SLA Tracking, Escalations Management. ・Provide Customer Portal system training and technical support to customers. ・Leverage your relationship with customers along with our in-house tools/scorecards to ensure we are meeting all customer requirements and identifying ways to improve their experience with the company. 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ◆ Experience・3+ years of experience in customer success, account management or operations in preferably IT business or related fields ・Experience working in a fast paced, high volume workplace and the ability to remain calm under high pressure. ◆ Knowledge ・Understanding of data center operations is prefarable (fire suppression, mechanical, electrical) and IT infrastructure. ◆ Skills ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ◆ Abilities ・Able to make effective presentations and respond to questions from groups of clients and customers. ・Self-starter mentality and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A good team player. ・Strong interpersonal skills to handle demanding customers ・Collaborative mindset (cross-functional alignment, resource management, self-awareness) ・Critical awareness (time management, urgency, accountability) ◆ Language ・Strong verbal and written communication and expression skills(Japanese and English). ◆ Education ・College, or professional school graduate or higher (university graduate or higher is preferable) 【歓迎(WANT)】 ◆ Knowledge・Understanding of the customer journey, including onboarding, usage promotion, retention, upselling/cross-selling, etc. ・Basic understanding of contracts (SLA, MSA, NDA, etc.) ◆ Skills ・Conflict resolution skills (problem-solving, growth mindset, positive attitude) ◆ Abilities ・Ability to handle daily issues while driving process improvements ・Customer orientation (familiarity with management issues, financial understanding, global perspective) |
