| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －5＋ years of relevant experience in logistics processes within the supply chain.－Have specialized knowledge of logistics and sales procedures. －Business－level Japanese －Business－level English －Experience with SAP MM and SD modules. －Strong business acumen, customer orientation, organizational and coordination skills, self－initiative, and ability to work under pressure. －Ability to positively influence and motivate team members, driving operational improvements within the team. －Strong leadership, entrepreneurship, cross－functional thinking, and communication skills. －Demonstrate accountability in a global, matrixed organization. －Exhibit flexibility in adapting to acute changes. －Willingness to travel and possess intercultural understanding. |
