【業務内容詳細】
- Continuously improve and execute business processes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to forecast product demand based on past performance, market trends, and other relevant factors.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to continuously improve forecasting accuracy.
- Review monthly forecasts at the customer level; identify forecast deviations and contributing factors for future improvements.
- Promote the implementation and expansion of S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning).
- Coordinate closely with domestic subcontractors and properly arrange raw and secondary materials.
- Adjust production schedules with suppliers based on demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with departments including sales, marketing, and production to optimize inventory levels and align them with demand forecasts.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Maintain long-term unsold goods and obsolete inventory at less than 5% of total inventory.
- Provide monthly replenishment forecasts to the MAP Supply Planning Team to facilitate shipments to Japan.
- Monitor shipping status to ensure timely and accurate delivery that meets customer needs.
- Establish KPIs to manage 3PL performance.
- Manage and improve warehouse and delivery processes to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Resolve logistics issues such as delivery delays (troubleshooting).
- Optimize transportation and distribution networks to improve cost efficiency.
- Provide high-quality support to customers and distributors.
- Establish proper relationships with business partners and government authorities.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

- 8+ years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain, focusing on order management, 3PL management, and inventory management.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or related fields.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (professional proficiency, both written and spoken).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work.
- Ability to manage cross-functional/regional projects and multiple interrelated workstreams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and establishing the right processes.
- Self-driven, independent, and resourceful.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled in coaching, motivating, and inspiring team members as a people manager.
- Well-organized, able to work under pressure and manage multitasking effectively.
- Strong critical thinking, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP SD and MM modules preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
