・Head of Compliance is responsible for managing the Compliance Team and ensuring compliance with: － Laws and regulations applicable to this Company, － Internal and local compliance policies and procedures, － Contractual obligations. ・Reports regularly to management and also serves as the compliance officer. ・Serve as the compliance representative on all this company projects and initiatives and work with business unit representatives to ensure that regulatory and compliance risks and considerations are appropriately addressed. ・ This position is responsible for overseeing regulatory reporting and liaising with regulatory authorities. Specifically, this position will respond to questions, provide information, maintain regulatory records, prepare regulatory filings, and manage regulatory inspections. ・ Provide compliance support to the entire group and serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory questions and inquiries. Provide regulatory training to the Japan team, bridging differences in corporate culture and business practices. Also, communicate critical information and issues to the team in a timely manner and assess the impact on local regulations. Supervise, guide, and support the compliance team, monitoring compliance and ensuring resources are available as the business evolves. Develops team learning capabilities, enhances collaboration, and works with global and regional compliance teams on special regional and functional projects. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Undergraduate Degree or equivalent.・Experience as AM compliance head or No.2. ・Business‐level English required. ・Experience of 10 years or more as a compliance professional focusing on asset management. ・Extensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements of the Japanese asset management industry. ・As an experienced manager, the candidate should have led teams of professionals and possess a deep understanding of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and the Investment Trust Law, as well as corporate law, pension law, and the rules of the Japan Investment Advisers Association and the Investment Trust Association. ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ・Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure. |
