• Work as a hub from NY Controller team and assist Japan legal entity Controller teams for day－to－day inquiries/requests. • Prepare a regional package for US GAAP financial quarterly composing of accounting memo, regional variance analysis, etc. • File stand－alone J GAAP financial and tax return for the Japan non－insurance companies. • File consolidated J STAT financial and tax return for the Japan holding company. • Co－work with other Finance teams such as FP＆A, Treasury, Tax, Reinsurance, Actuary for various matters. • Drive and support various finance initiatives |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Specific Qualifications • Professional accounting qualification （preferred）Total Experience • Sufficient experience in accounting and financial reporting for insurance company • Knowledge and experience of financial reporting in both US GAAP and J GAAP • Knowledge and experience of Japanese tax return – Corporate income tax, business tax, consumption tax, etc. • Solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese • A good team player • Adaptability to multi－cultural and diversified working environment • Ability and willingness to communicate and work with stakeholders, both internal and external. • Ability and willingness to communicate with overseas stakeholders and represent the Japan Controller team 私は外資系損害保険会社に31年勤務経験がございますので 職務内容につきましてご不明な点は詳細お伝えできると思いますので お問い合わせください |
