| 仕事内容 | Play a key role in our customers’ evolution in enterprise development and help make our solutions both practical and workable for their businesses. The Consulting Services team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you’ll promote our unique middleware applications capabilities for DevOps, continuous integration, and cloud－based development consulting projects. You will thrive in this position if you’re passionate about learning new technologies and expanding your core base of expertise, while traveling to client sites within Japan promoting our solutions. You’ll also guide the on－site implementation of our diverse technologies like including JBoss Middleware, JBoss Fuse, and OpenShift. You will work to gain an understanding of customers’ infrastructure and business needs, make recommendations that resolve issues, and help them make strategic decisions. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Excellent technical skills and experience designing and implementing JEE solutions－ In－depth experience with at least one of the major middleware solutions, preferably JBoss Middleware or Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, WebMethods, Tibco, etc. － Excellent communication and interpersonal skills － Demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and status of key projects to both business－minded and technically savvy audiences － Ability and desire to learn new technologies independently and apply new concepts to problems － Ability to work as part of a geographically dispersed team while demonstrating flexibility, autonomy, and initiative － Project Management Professional （PMP） certification; working experience with customer projects or Certified Scrum Master （CSM） － Experience with open source software development tools like Maven, Jenkins, Arquillian, etc., is a plus Primary Responsibilities: － Address the customer’s technical, development, and strategic IT requirements as the main point of contact for our professional services － Track and manage projects including status, issues, and time reporting － Consult with clients to work on problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware and software specification and design, implementation, testing, client training, and deployment of open source solutions － Use industry practices alongside our company policies and procedures to solve diverse problems － Analyze data to evaluate key factors to solve issues － Make judgment calls to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions － Build enterprise applications and capabilities around cloud technologies to streamline development and allow for continuous feature release of applications |
